About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Infrastructure Project Manager (Infra PM) to lead and manage IT infrastructure projects. The Infra PM will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects related to networks, servers, storage, cloud infrastructure, and data centers. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects and working cross-functionally with technical and business teams.

- Plan, manage, and deliver IT infrastructure projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Lead cross-functional teams comprising engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.
- Track project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate change management processes.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure projects comply with company standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, vendors, and business units.
- Monitor and report on infrastructure performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Infrastructure Project Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components including networks, servers, storage, cloud platforms, and data centers.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, or Trello).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
