Our client is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to join their team on a long-term contract basis.
This is a hybrid/ full-time/long-term contract position in either East Rutherford, NJ or Bethesda, MD
Hourly based on experience: Up to $80/hr
Position Summary:
The Infrastructure Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing infrastructure projects within the retail sector. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Management:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
- Manage project budgets, track project costs, and ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
- Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
