Type: Contract-to-hire
IDEAL BACKGROUND: It would be best to have infrastructure experience. If possible, merger and integration would be a big plus. They should be a technical PM - Networking, Servers, DB's all good knowledge areas to have. They have to work well with people and be able to focus on an overall goal.
What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position? (Please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis)
Determine time frames, funding needs, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, allotment of resources to various phases of projects and lead others in the organization to make meaningful process improvements
Develop cost benefit analysis for assessment by Regional / Senior Leadership
Provide work stream / project oversight, manage and tracks\ issue resolution, and make key decisions for project with project sponsor
Facilitates status update meetings with business and IT leads, when necessary
Create work stream project plans
Evaluate project progress against project plan frequently, ensures work stream milestones are met, mitigates project risks, and resolves issues
Prepare weekly project status report for program manager
