Estamos buscando un Ingeniero Civil con conocimiento y experiencia en construccin ya que ser responsable de supervisar y coordinar proyectos desde su inicio hasta su finalizacin, garantizando la calidad, la seguridad y el cumplimiento de los plazos establecidos. Debes tener una slida comprensin de los principios de ingeniera civil, liderazgo para guiar al equipo y autonoma para poder resolver problemas desafiantes y tomar decisiones de manera asertiva.

Algunas de las responsabilidades principales del Ingeniero Civil son:

• Planificar y gestionar proyectos de construccin, incluyendo la preparacin de presupuestos y cronogramas detallados.
• Supervisar y coordinar las actividades del equipo de construccin, subcontratistas y proveedores.
• Realizar inspecciones en el lugar de construccin para asegurar el cumplimiento del trabajo con altos niveles de calidad y siguiendo las normas y reglamentos de seguridad.
• Resolver problemas tcnicos y desafos durante el proceso de construccin.
• Participar en reuniones con clientes, contratistas y otros profesionales para asegurar una comunicacin efectiva y el cumplimiento de los requisitos del proyecto.
• Realizar anlisis de viabilidad y estudios de factibilidad para nuevos proyectos.
• Mantenerse actualizado con las ltimas tendencias y avances en ingeniera civil y aplicarlos de manera efectiva en el trabajo.
• Realizar las adquisiciones necesarias para el proyecto, incluyendo la gestin de proveedores y contratos, negociando trminos y condiciones, y asegurndose de que se cumplan los compromisos contractuales.
• Evaluar y gestionar los cambios en el alcance, cronograma o presupuesto del proyecto, asegurndose de que se signan los procesos adecuados de aprobacin y control de cambios.
• Proveer asistencia tcnica en los proyectos y manejo de las operaciones diarias.

Requisitos:

• Bachillerato o Maestra en Ingeniera Civil preferiblemente. De no tener bachillerato se requiere al menos 5 aos de experiencia previa en el rol o en puestos similares.
• Excelentes destrezas de comunicacin asertiva, manejo del tiempo y trabajo en equipo.
• Conocimiento sobre las normas de seguridad y salud de OSHA.
• Experiencia en la gerencia de proyectos de construccin.
• Conocimiento profundo de los principios de ingeniera civil y capacidad para aplicarlos en la resolucin de problemas.
• Habilidades de liderazgo y capacidad para trabajar de manera efectiva en equipos multidisciplinarios.
• Conocimiento de Microsoft Office, Google Apps y otros programas para generar informes y manejo de inventario.
• Conocimiento de software de diseo y anlisis estructural es un plus.
• La Licenciatura en Ingeniera Profesional se considerar una ventaja.
• Bilinge (espaol e ingls)
