Il s'agit notamment d'une prise d'eau et de dversement dans la rivire, de stations de pompage, de rseaux d'eau brute, d'eau sanitaire, d'eau pluviale, d'eau potable et de protection contre les incendies.

Bas notre bureau de Montral (80% du temps) ou sur site (Mc Masterville 20% du temps), la personne recrute devra grer les exigences des diffrentes parties prenantes et coordonner les diffrents bureaux d'tudes pour assurer la construction de ces infrastructures dans un cadre d'excellence environementale.

TITLE
We are looking for a Civil Engineer to join our mission to accelerate the transition to a greener future. This role is part of our excellent Total Site team. By joining our team, you will play a key role in the establishment and ramp-up of the project and contribute to the construction of one of the first large-scale battery plants in North America.
About the job
Northvolt is looking for a technical engineer to coordinate the engineering of the site's hydraulic infrastructure. This includes a water intake and discharge into the river, pumping stations, raw water, sanitary water, rainwater, drinking water and fire protection networks.
About the team
You will join a team of 10 passionate people. Based in our Montreal office (80% of the time) or on site (Mc Masterville 20% of the time), the person recruited will have to manage the requirements of the various stakeholders and coordinate the various design offices to ensure the construction of these infrastructures within a framework of environmental excellence.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1) Coordinating, supervising and reviewing the work of engineering and construction professionals for civil infrastructure :
- underground water networks (drinking water, fire protection, raw water, sanitary and storm sewers)
- river infrastructure (water intakes and discharges)
- stormwater management infrastructure (retention basins, sediment control, sewers, ditches and culverts).
2) Stakeholder management and presentations to the various stakeholders and authorities.
3) Mastering all stages of design and construction is required, from concept, obtaining permits, detailed design and construction.
4) Preparing and reviewing tender documents for engineering and construction services (specifications and bills of quantities).
5) Preparing cost estimates, reports, schedules and presentations.
6) Conduct site visits and coordinate construction activities.

- 1) Coordonner, superviser et examiner le travail des professionnels de l'ingnierie et de la construction pour les infrastructures civiles :- les rseaux d'eau souterrains (eau potable, protection incendie, eau brute, gouts sanitaires et pluviaux)- infrastructures fluviales (prises d'eau et dversement)- infrastructures de gestion des eaux pluviales (bassins de rtention, contrle des sdiments, gouts, fosss et ponceaux).2) la gestion des parties prenantes et les prsentations aux diffrentes parties prenantes et autorits.3) Maitriser toutes les tapes de la conception et de la construction est requise, depuis le concept, l'obtention des permis, la conception dtaille et la construction.4) prparer et examiner les documents d'appel d'offres pour les services d'ingnierie et de construction (cahier des charges, spcifications et devis quantitatifs)5) prparer des estimations de cots, des rapports, des calendriers et des prsentations6) Effectuer des visites sur le terrain et coordonner les activits de construction.

- Projets industriels multiphases grande chelle
- Gestion de projets d'ingnierie
- Plus de 8 ans d'exprience en gnie civil
- Communication bilingue : Communiquer couramment en franais et en anglais pour collaborer efficacement avec une quipe diversifie et assurer la liaison avec les parties prenantes locales et internationales.
