We're looking for an Initiative Manager to:
support our Product Owners in the effective planning and execution of key programs that will enhance our portfolio of digital products and capabilities
develop and manage complex project plans that span multiple product development teams, organizational units and stakeholder groups
track and manage risks, issues and actions to ensure clear accountability and timely resolution
produce clear and concise status reporting that facilitates transparency with senior management and key initiative stakeholders
assist in the production of key program artifacts including steering committee and senior management updates, strategy and approach documents, high level requirements summaries, high level solution schematics, test results reporting, and user feedback survey results.
support key programs across the full product management life cycle, including strategic planning, user "insighting", solution and experience design, software development, software testing, deployment, user feedback, Field communication and training
Your team
You'll be joining the team in Weehawken, NJ in the Field and Operational Platforms (F&OP) stream which is charged with building a scalable operating model that enables FA and teams to dedicate more time to clients and reduce costs. Our Initiative Office mission is to enable process automation, transparency, standardization, timeliness and accuracy in a highly controlled workflow environment.
Your expertise
working in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks
ideally 10-15 years of experience in large scale business and technical transformation programs within a consulting firm or equivalent within financial services
strong Back Office functional knowledge / Experience with large platform conversions
experience managing staff / vendors and project financials in the capacity of matrix project manager / delivery manager
knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas: Advisory Programs, Trading, Investment Platforms, Financial Advisor Workstations, CRM, Client On-boarding and KYC
able to build relationships and trust across a global organization.
team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
highly driven and motivated with a can-do attitude and hands-on approach
