Your Responsibilities:

• Successfully manage a high-value caseload involving trucking collisions, motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, and other negligence cases
• Supervise and mentor paralegals and support staff
• Ensure excellent client communication and diligent action on all legal matters

What We're Looking For:

• Proven History of Results
• At least 2 years of experience handling caseloads
• Motivated self-starter with a strong drive for success
• Experience in supervising, mentoring, and coaching support staff
