We are looking for an Innovation Researcher to join theHoneywell Aerospace Innovation team to conduct user-centered research. Thisrole will gather data and translate it into valuable information to inform newproduct opportunities and strategies. This role will design and execute avariety of research studies, synthesize data and deliver customer-focusedinsights to guide our innovation process. The innovation researcher will reportto the Sr Director of Innovation and collaborate with product, strategy, sales,design and marketing teams to develop tactical plans to continuously identifynew business opportunities.
This role will support all of the SBUs within HoneywellAerospace.
You will report directly to our Director Offering Managementand you'll work out of our 1944 E Sky Harbor Circle, Phoenix, AZ location on a3/2 hybrid work schedule. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

- Inform new product strategies through qualitative and quantitative research
- Identify new growth opportunities, unmet needs, pain points
- Execute research studies including interviews, concept tests and field studies
- Articulate value creation by segment & persona
- Develop new product initiatives
- Manage stakeholder relationship to define research goals
- Develop research methods and requirements
- Recruit, schedule and manage customer relationship
- Support sketching, prototyping and refinement of concepts
- Drive sales & marketing partnership
- Network within internal organization & industry

- 5+ years of experience in a research-centered, marketing, sales, strategy, or similar role
