What You'll Do
- Design& Develop next-gen financial software solutions using modern frameworks andtechnologies
- Experiment & Innovatewith AI, cloud computing, and emerging tech to create breakthrough applications
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, and productvisionaries
- Rapid Prototype & Iterate - bring ideas to life fast, test them, and refinebased on real feedback
- Optimize for Performance - ensure security, scalability, and speed forenterprise-grade applications
- Stay Ahead - continuously research and adopt new tech trends to keep us aheadof the curve
What You Bring
- Fluent in Modern Tech - Proficiency in languageslike Python, Java, JavaScript, C++/ Go, or similar with an understanding ofmicroservices architecture and design patterns.
- We're a Figma shop when it comes todelivering detailed designs to development so experience of this would beamazing.
- You will be exposed to React / Reactnative, native iOS and Android development frameworks, cloud-based computingprinciples.
- Cloud & DevOps Mindset - Experience with AWS orAzure, Kubernetes, or serverless architectures
- Fintech Passion - Understanding of financialservices, payments, or digital banking is a huge plus
- Creative Problem-Solver - You think outside the boxand thrive in an environment of rapid innovation
- Agility & Curiosity - Comfortable withambiguity, fast pivots, and constantly learning new things
- Team Player - You love brainstorming,whiteboarding, and co-creating with others
