Job description:
Meets all qualifications and skills of Program Analyst Level II, plus:
-Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of workload analysis, requirements determination, force management or development, and capabilities development required to meet mission requirements.
-Demonstrates ability to guide teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems.
- Demonstrates knowledge of organizational structure (e.g. TDA, MTOE, AUGTDAs).
-Demonstrates ability to oversee and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience related to workload analysis, requirements determination, force/manpower structure management or development (to include equipping and/or stationing), organizational structure analysis with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Education: Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education -OR- an additional 2 years of related experience for a total of 12 years as a substitute to the degree.
Desired Qualifications:
FA50 (Force Management Functional Area),
