As our Inside Sales Director, you'll own and lead the entire direct-to-consumer sales function. You'll build and scale a high-performing inside sales team, define the strategy, and drive revenue growth through data-driven decision-making, world-class leadership, and a deep understanding of customer needs in the EdTech and cybersecurity space.

This is a strategic and tactical role-you'll be setting direction and getting into the weeds, with a direct impact on company growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the overall DTC sales strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and revenue targets.
  • Hire, develop, and lead a growing sales team including Inside Sales Managers, SDRs, and Sales Ops (as needed).
  • Own forecasting, sales performance metrics, team quotas, and CRM hygiene.
  • Partner closely with Marketing to align on lead generation, funnel optimization, and lifecycle conversion strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement in the sales process, including playbooks, scripts, training materials, and conversion tactics.
  • Analyze customer behavior and feedback to refine messaging and product-market fit for the DTC audience.
  • Implement scalable systems and processes to support a growing team and pipeline.
  • Report on sales KPIs and insights to the executive team regularly.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on coaching, accountability, and mission-driven selling.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, including managing DTC or inside sales teams.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a high-velocity sales environment.
  • Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or direct-to-consumer sales (cybersecurity or tech training preferred).
    Deep understanding of customer acquisition funnels, B2C buying behavior, and sales performance metrics.
  • Proven experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and sales analytics tools.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and continuous learning.
