As the Sales Manager, you will manage independent sales agents, distributor partners, and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) companies. Your role will involve developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring revenue growth within the division. You will analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and provide leadership to drive sales performance and growth. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and support overall business objectives.

To thrive, you should have:
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of progressive experience in Sales, Sales Management, or Account Management.
  • Intermediate knowledge of CRM systems and functional knowledge of SAGE 100 preferred.
  • Understanding of global business practices, sales techniques, and market analysis to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Solid data analysis skills to develop innovative solutions and drive the sales process from planning to closure.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage relationships with internal/external partners, and deliver executive-level presentations.


Your responsibilities as the Sales Manager will include:
  • Promote and sell Lonseal products, identify new customers, deliver presentations, and address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
  • Select, train, and manage Sales Agents, ensuring clear communication and optimal sales territory coverage.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement effective marketing materials, public relations efforts, and maintain the company's branding.
  • Provide insights to senior management on product development, market trends, and participate in long-term business planning.
  • Ensure efficient sales processes, timely delivery of price quotes and samples, and manage costs while maintaining high service standards.
