Our US based manufacturing plant provides a wide range products to fit application demands, allow for shorter lead times, and with local engineering expertise, we help guide customers to the best solutions for their needs in the US and across the globe.

We are in search of a dynamic Inside Sales Leader in the Greater Chicago area with the ability to do the following:

• Lead a team of Inside Sales Professional to achieve sales growth within an established book of business.
• Create an environment that prioritizes enjoyment, optimism and individual growth while ensuring accountability towards achieving business outcomes.
• Support the VP of Sales in transforming the Inside Sales function from a tactical role to one with strategic focus on account growth and customer experience.
• Coach, mentor, and develop the Inside Sales Team.
• Assist in the evaluation and implementation of Customer Relationship Management and the development of Key Performance Indicators for your team.
• Foster cross-functional relationships with engineering, marketing, and Territory Sales to increase collaboration and break down silos
