As the Inside Sales Manager, you will lead a dynamic team of 9 Inside Sales Representatives focused on driving revenue growth, customer engagement, and market penetration across GC America's product portfolio. This team plays a vital role in supporting a defined list of customers within a specific GC region, while also covering and generating revenue in open or uncovered territories.
You will be responsible for building, developing, and managing the inside sales function, aligning execution with company strategy and goals. This includes recruiting and onboarding talent, coaching for performance, setting team direction, and ensuring full CRM adoption and sales process discipline. A strong understanding of distribution-based sales, dealer relationships, and inside sales effectiveness is critical.
This is a hands-on leadership position requiring strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and an ability to inspire and empower a team toward consistent, high-level performance.

What We Offer
The total potential compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a commission plan, providing the opportunity to increase overall earnings based on individual performance.

Requirements
What You'll Do
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of 9 Inside Sales Representatives.
- Set and manage clear expectations, sales goals, and performance KPIs (call volume, lead conversion, opportunities, reorder rates, etc.).
- Develop and implement scalable inside sales strategies, including territory alignment, cadence planning, and campaign execution.
- Support sales across a defined customer list and open field territories in partnership with field Regional Managers.
- Drive growth in key product categories, and
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Operations, Customer Service, and Commercial Leadership to ensure alignment on initiatives, promotions, and new product launches.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key dealer partners to expand influence and account penetration.
- UseCRM (Salesforce)to track rep activity, lead conversion, and sales activity accuracy.
- Analyze performance data to drive accountability, optimize strategy, and deliver accurate forecasting.
- Leverage Kaizen principles to identify, recommend, and implement process improvements that enhance sales productivity and efficiency.
- Stay current with market trends, competitor activity, and the needs of GC America's dealer and end-user customers.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in building and leading high-performing inside or inside sales teams.
- 3+ years of inside sales or sales management experience, preferably in a healthcare, dental, or distribution-based environment.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, sales cycle stages, and effective selling techniques.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate goals into daily sales execution.
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills; able to interpret sales metrics and performance data.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
