Calling, interviewing, and onboarding salespeople to build our sales team.
Follow up on all candidates in a timely manner. All candidates are provided - you text, email, and call pre-qualified, vetted salespeople for interviews.
Qualifications
Prefer one year of Sales, Real Estate and Recruiting experience but it is not required.
Ability to Commute to Bel Air, MD 21015 to work out of our office.
Strong money motivation.
Great phone voice and attitude.
Works well independently and great team member.
