Position Summary
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will drive sales growth and build strong customer relationships. You will be responsible for managing incoming leads, providing product information, and offering solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Your primary focus will be on generating sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the company's overall success.
This position involves relationship building with existing customers, cold calling new potential customers, following up on referrals, cross-sell referrals from other teams, and web leads. Provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered and presentations as needed. Work closely with clients to create solutions for their needs and consult throughout the sales process. Must be well-spoken and eager to close sales and increase revenue.

- Base Compensation Range: $75,000 - $95,000 + commission, depending on experience and location.

Position Summary

Primary Responsibilities
Lead Management:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Respond to inbound inquiries and leads generated through various channels (phone, email, website, etc.).
- Qualify leads and determine customer needs and requirements.
- Understand customer needs and requirements. Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure of other cross-sell products
- Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly quotas
Sales and Customer Service:
- Provide detailed product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
- Manage renewal opportunities in Salesforce from start to finish by creating quotes, populating contract changes, and maintaining up-to-date data.
- Perform monthly subscription audits of all upcoming renewals using information from Salesforce and our contract database.
- Prepare and present quotes and proposals to customers.
- Follow up on quotes and proposals to close sales and achieve sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
Relationship Building:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
- Managed existing customer base and ensured timely renewals with a high retention rate.
Product Knowledge:
- Perform effective online demos to prospects.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Continuously improve knowledge of company products and services.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and customer support.
- Coordinate with internal groups to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 years of proven experience in the Power Market Energy industry.
- Strong understanding of Yes Energy's products and solutions.
- 3 years of customer-facing experience in an Inside Sales role
- 3 years of experience working for a SaaS company
Preferred
- 2 years of experience working in SaaS for Energy Markets is preferred
- Experience working with Salesforce is preferred
