Description:
We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Representative with expertise in SaaS insurance software and business development to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a successful sales history, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of the insurance software industry. Your role will involve driving sales growth, fostering customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our sales team.
This role is fully remote and offers competitive salary and benefits. The base salary is 65K and the commission is uncapped!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet sales targets and grow our customer base in the insurance software sector.
- Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our SaaS insurance software solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of sales experience in SaaS and P&C insurance software.
- Proven business development skills, driving growth for the team and the product.
- Strong understanding of the P&C insurance industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to quickly learn and explain technical aspects of our software.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to exceptional service.
- Analytical and strategic thinker, adept at resolving client issues.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
