Banking exp would be ideal/ Compliance/ Risk Background.

How will performance be measured: mix of deliverables and overall performance.

Summary of duties;

Write and drive Requirements Strategy, Requirements Package, Oversee approvals gathering.

o Lead, analyze, document, and manage requirements with stakeholders by applying a variety of techniques to probe, elicit, challenge, understand, and gain consensus on requirements.

o Identify, document, and validate current state processes and support stakeholders to design the desired future state; provide recommendations and/or direction based on the end-to-end customer experience when making decisions.

o Leading collaboration with business/Journey and/or technology/Platform stakeholders as appropriate to lead, analyze, document, and manage business requirements.

o Assessing, documenting, and validating current and future state processes, understanding the problem statement and business needs to deliver effective solutions that address business problems, align to strategic business goals and risk appetite

o Collaborate on delivery, testing and implementation activities to support business benefits and achieve business results/outcomes.

o Applying best practices for effective communication, relationship management and problem-solving with stakeholders/partners

- In addition:

o Cross functional Analysts, meaning candidates who have been both BAs and BSAs.

o From a technical perspective, Data analysis skills an asset, such as mapping data flows, data retention, system interactions

o Asset would be Six Sigma certification.

o Experience working within a Scaled Agile environment.

o PO experience will be an asset.

o Ideally, looking for candidates that have worked on large/strategic legal/risk initiatives.
