Join our dynamic team supporting Air Traffic Controller (ATC) programs with best-in-class integrated logistics management. The Integrated Logistics Manager will lead the planning, development, and execution of logistics strategies to ensure the successful implementation and sustainment of ATC programs. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of integrated logistics support (ILS) principles, program management, and government contracting. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with engineering, program management, and external stakeholders to deliver on-time, cost-effective solutions.

Your tasks

  • Develop and implement integrated logistics support plans to meet ATC program requirements.
  • Provide the primary liaison between the Program and Customer's ATC ILS Sustainment and Logistics planning organization.
  • Establish life cycle sustainment strategies including supply chain management, maintenance, and technical data management.
  • Monitor and optimize inventory levels, material flow, and product distribution.
  • Experience with ATC AMS requirements for support and sustainability
  • Collaborate closely with ATC program teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
  • Provide input to program schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
  • Manage logistics performance metrics and provide reports to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee vendor and subcontractor performance to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement solutions.
  • Manage technical publications, logistics data, and configuration management to support ATC program sustainment.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of required documentation in accordance with ATC regulations.

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in logistics management within the aerospace, defense, or government sector.
  • Experience supporting ATC programs is highly desirable.
  • Experience supporting sustainment aspects of systems deployed nationwide in Air Traffic Control Towers and Facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of integrated logistics support principles (ILS).
  • Experience with government contracts and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in logistics management software and tools.
  • PMP, Certified Professional Logistician (CPL), or similar certifications preferred.
  • Ability to travel a minimum of 25%, primarily domestic travel with occasional international travel
  • In order to be considered, external candidates must be US citizens capable of receiving a US Government security clearance.

The total compensation for this position is $80K-$135K. Total compensation includes base salary, variable pay (when applicable) plus benefits. The range is determined by the position, geographic location and level. Individual pay within the range is determined by several factors including location, education or training, relevant work history, sales incentive structure and job-related skills.
