Overview:
The Integration and Test (I&T) Engineer position is a full-time exempt position. The individual will perform design, analysis, integration, and test of complex systems for DoD applications such as RF hardware for unmanned air vehicle (UAV) and missile applications. This individual will provide technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems while functioning as an I&T engineer. The individual will report to a Program Director.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and/or support lab integration and test of complex UAV and Missile electrical and mechanical components and test equipment such as UAV electronics, ground control station hardware, seeker subsystems, etc. to meet program requirements.
- Develop Test Plans and Procedures for Hardware acceptance testing.
- Support the design and integration of UAV and missile electrical harnessing.
- Develop briefing material for design and test reviews.
- Interface with the Program Director and Chief Engineer as well as other stake holders to ensure program objectives are achieved.
- Document integration procedures, test plans, and test results.
- Implement technical standards, principles, concepts, and techniques in the development of system solutions.
- Expected to provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity, working under limited to no supervision.

- Ensure customer and corporate policies and procedures are adhered to in the day to day performance of duties.
- Travel to test sites to support field testing as a field test engineer.
- Support other duties as assigned.
Skills and Competencies:
- BS degree in Electrical, System or Mechanical Engineering or similar degree is required. MS degree is preferred
- Minimum of 10 years Engineering design experience.
- A self-motivated and effective communicator.
- Ability to prioritize work of others and handle multiple tasks at a time.
- Experience with UAV integration and testing is preferred including experience working with RS-422 and other interface standards.
- Experience in managing personnel, schedule, and resources to meet assigned milestones.
- Capable of functioning in multi-disciplined design teams across multiple projects.
Clearance:
- U.S. Citizenship and active SECRET security clearance required.
Physical Requirements:
- Able to stand or sit for extended period.
- Must be able to travel 15% - 25%.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds utilizing arms, legs and stretching constantly.
