The Integration Liaison is responsible for managing multiple, simultaneous projects of varying size and complexity. Types of projects and events may include practice acquisitions, practice and physician integration, employment contracts, new medical office buildings and clinics, varying levels of practice integrations or de-integrations, strategic planning, and general support for enterprise practice opportunities. The role will work under the guidance of the Vice President of Physician Relations and Integration through the entire lifecycle of integration, from planning to execution, and will need to partner with other areas such as project management. This role with report to the Vice President of Physician Relations and Integration.
As an Integration Project Liaison, this role is pivotal in overseeing technical and process-based projects supporting the El Camino Health Medical Network's growth and development. The Integration Liaison ensures successful planning, execution, and delivery of provided projects related to business needs, processes, strategy and systems. This position requires a strong blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and healthcare domain knowledge.

Essential Functions:
The Integration Liaison will report to the Vice President, Physician Relations, and Integration, and oversee multiple integration projects simultaneously, including:
- Leveraging diligence findings and operational readout information to determine integration priorities.
- Leading the operating model process and managing custom requirements.
- Partnering with support service departments to ensure effective communication and facility support.
- Overseeing multidisciplinary teams for all projects.
- Ensuring role clarity and scalability with leadership, operations, and individual lanes under the guidance of Vice President of Physician Relations and Integration.
- Determining the appropriate areas of focus for each priority.
- Escalating issues to the Vice President, Physician Relations, and Integration, as necessary.
- Identifying integration requirements and assessing operational risks.
- Assigning integration resources within the organization.
- Providing status reports to leadership using enterprise project management tools and other tools as needed.
- Assist in supervising and overseeing external consultants.
- Encouraging communication among all project-related stakeholders with a set cadence depending on the level of priority, managing check-ins.
- Facilitating collaboration between project sponsors, teams, and stakeholders.
- Leading business and technical requirement gathering processes.
- Ensuring proper testing and acceptance of solutions with internal partners and stakeholders identified for respective projects.

- Ability to anticipate and respond effectively to Physician/Provider needs as well as Executive teams needs.
- Ability to drive and motivate large teams within an organization though strategic leadership and guidance
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business management, Project Management, or Health Care Administration preferred
- Six Sigma, Lean certifications preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience in recruitment, particularly within the healthcare industry, is preferred.
- Project management experience with business-critical strategic projects from the conceptual phase through solution implementation and project close
- Extensive experience required in communicating and collaborating with different audiences and stakeholders
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred but not required

Preferred:
- 5+ years' experience in healthcare with focus in operations and ambulatory.
- Project management experience and certification a plus.
- Demonstrated success in business-critical strategic projects and operational collaboration across multiple functional areas.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and ability to work independently in various situations.
