RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of integration analysts, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment. Oversee the team's responsibilities including:

Planning, architecting, implementing, configuring, maintaining, monitoring, and supporting critical data integrations and automations across assigned business functions.

Providing 24x7 support and timely resolution of production incidents impacting assigned integrations and processes, minimizing business disruption.

Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and development within the team, ensuring analysts are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to support evolving integration technologies and methodologies.

Partner with assigned business units to understand their strategic goals, objectives, and integration requirements. Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise technology strategies and security standards.

Proactively identify opportunities to leverage data integrations and automations to achieve key business results. Develop and maintain an integration roadmap that aligns with business priorities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in an IT role with a strong emphasis on developing and executing data integration strategies for both cloud-based and on-premise platforms.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience successfully leading and managing technical teams or projects, including task delegation, performance management, and mentorship.
  • Proven experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including designing, developing, and deploying integrations
  • Experience managing and collaborating with offshore development or support teams.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex, business-critical integration issues with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Implementation experience with API's and API management including structure, security, and utilization.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with other IT teams, business units, and external partners.
  • Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States

Preferred
  • Experience with job scheduling/orchestration tools
  • Certifications in relevant integration technologies or project management methodologies

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Travel may be necessary 10% of the time.

At Hormel Foods, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base hiring pay range for the Data Management Analyst/ Senior Data Management Analyst role role is between $117,000-$164,000 per year, and your actual base pay within that range will depend upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skill set, level of experience, and geographic market location.
