Help Duties * You will develop written reports documenting project status, or technical reviews for presentation to management. * You will manage a variety of funding sources and process funding documents in support of labor, non-labor and contract actions. * You will lead multidisciplinary teams. * You will develop Project Management Plans, Risk Management Plans, Communication Plans, Change Management Plans and other critical elements in support of cradle to grave project management. * You will advise staff on correct implementation of facilities project management processes to achieve optimal results. Qualifications This position has a selective placement factor for the GS-13 position that will be used to screen out ineligible candidates. The selective placement factor for GS-13 is: Possession of a current Professional Engineer License or Architectural Registration in any State, the District of Columbia, Guam, or Puerto Rico. For the GS-13: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Managing project scope, schedule, budget, and processes funding to include customer funds requests and tracking of funding documents within the prescribed financial systems; 2) Maintaining project records with appropriate and timely information/updates to meet established e-quality metrics; 3) Assisting with Design Manager on development of AE statement of work/ IGE, negotiations, and oversee acquisition of and management for AE design task orders; and 4) Providing post construction award services (PCAS) with the technical team on design-build and design-bid-build projects and providing assistance to the Construction Manager and maintains oversight of contract requirements and construction progress.
