Position Overview: Helm Point Solutions is seeking an Intermediate Functional Analyst to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a background in supporting technical projects. This role will involve working closely with stakeholders to understand and document requirements, analyze business processes, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for various projects.
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop functional specifications and system requirements documentation.
- Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of new systems and enhancements.
- Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on progress and issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Assists the government with analyzing customer/mission needs to determine testing requirements
- Performs functional allocation to identify required tasks and their interrelationships
- Assists the government to identify resources required for each task
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- TS/SCI with Poly
- IAM Level I
