Internal Audit Manager

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking an Internal Audit Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $130,000 to $150,000 per year.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for walkthroughs, testing, remediation, documentation, and reporting for SOX financial controls, etc.
• Support the VP of Internal Audit in the overall management of SOX program
• Evaluate risks and controls for new business and finance processes
• Participate in process reviews and identify opportunities for significant enhancements
• Ad-hoc projects as assigned

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business or related field is required
• CPA and/or CIA certifications is preferred
• 5+ years of experience in public accounting, external auditing, internal auditing and/or related areas
• Detail-oriented and able to work well with tight deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel domestically up to 10%
• Bi-lingual of Chinese mandarin is preferred, but not required
