Position: Internal Medicine Program Director

Seeking an experienced physician-educator to serve as the Program Director for the Internal Medicine Residency Program. This leadership role offers the opportunity to guide the strategic and day-to-day direction of a well-established program committed to excellence in clinical training, academic development, and patient-centered care.

Position Highlights:

• Lead and oversee all aspects of the Internal Medicine residency program
• Responsible for curriculum design, accreditation compliance, faculty mentorship, and resident recruitment
• Active clinical role alongside educational leadership responsibilities
• Foster a culture of excellence, professionalism, and innovation
• Work closely with GME leadership and institutional partners to maintain program growth and success

Qualifications:

• MD or DO, Board Certified in Internal Medicine
• Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience and at least 5 years in graduate medical education
• Demonstrated leadership in academic medicine (e.g., APD, Committee Chair, or related roles)
• In-depth knowledge of ACGME standards and GME compliance
• Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in the state of Ohio
