Role and Facility Information
We are currently seeking 1-2 dedicated ICU specialists to join our busy 25-bed unit, providing care 24 hours a day 7 days a week. The team currently consists of 8 permanent physicians and 4-5 locum staff, delivering comprehensive care with full specialty support in areas such as maternity, extracorporeal life support, neurosurgery and pediatrics.
This position includes day shifts from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and night shifts from 6:00 pm to 8:00 am. The call schedule is shared among four physicians per week. Time off is managed through a service week system, allowing for flexibility in planning vacation based on your personal needs.
The ideal candidate is efficient, collaborative, and committed to providing high-quality care in a multidisciplinary environment. Experienced attendings, new graduates, and fellows who are eager to grow within a supportive team are encouraged to apply. While not required, experience or interest in neurocritical care and/or pediatrics is valued.

Compensation Type Fee-for-Service Estimated Remuneration $500,000 - $600,000 plus MOCAP Level 1, based on a 1.0 FTE.
Benefits and Incentives
Relocation Funding Available $9,000 - $15,000 based on a 1.0 FTE and move location (with eligible receipts). Other Benefits/Incentives Incentives are subject to change and current rates are confirmed at time of offer.
