Strategic Insight, Ltd. is seeking an International Program Management Support Analyst, Junior Level, Mid-Level or Senior-Level (Staff Associate) to support our NAVY client. Client site location is the Washington, DC Navy Yard.
Mandatory Requirement: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Releasability / Disclosure Library Curator:
- Coordinates program's transactions related to the releasability of data to foreign allies and follows the appropriate information process flow,
- Assembles the disclosure packages and reviews coordination records,
- Maintains electronic and physical copies of individual disclosure actions (PII/CUI NATO orders, APACS Request PII data, participants and stakeholders, weekly DOD SAFE distribution listing), and
- Prepares official correspondence that accompanies material disclosed to partners outlining handling and storage requirements (NATO orders, passport letters, data processing letters, memoranda for the record).
International Travel and Security Coordination:
- Coordinate Foreign Travel Clearance logistics using the Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System (APACS). Review and communicate Foreign Clearance Guide requirements to team travelers,
- Assist travelers with passport requirements and documentation to include preparing and routing normal or expedited passport request letters,
- Coordinate and receive information from traveler for logistics/information for classified meetings,
- Verify/Follow-up Visit Access Requests (VARs) for any visitors to Building 197 and submit access requests for meetings in other locations, and
- NATO Security Certificates. Fill out AC/35-D/2000-REV8 NATO Security Attestation for team travelers and submit to appropriate contacts.
Classified Material Librarian:
- Maintain safe inventory list,
- Accept new material and destroy material when no longer needed,
- Prepare classified mail and drop offs to the NAVSEA Mail room,
- Set up SIPRNET GVS Laptop and prepare and submit VTC for Bridge Support, and
- Other duties as assigned.
Success for working in this position looks like:
- Understands Navy systems,
- Experience with military administration and/or former Flag writer/Navy Yeoman,
- Possesses independent judgement and curiosity to learn more,
- Familiarity for Navy Correspondence Manual (SECNAV M-5216.5), and
- Expertise with APACS, Travel Tracker/Individual Antiterrorism Plan (TT/IATP), and Isolated Personnel Report (ISOPREP).
