CMA's Rocky Mount Toyota is seeking a driven and highly motivated Internet Sales Manager to lead our digital sales and marketing efforts. The Internet Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the dealership's online presence, driving internet sales leads, and converting those leads into customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role is critical in ensuring our digital channels effectively support the overall sales process and growth of the dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads, increase online traffic, and drive customer engagement.
Respond promptly to all internet-generated leads, ensuring timely follow-up and providing accurate product information.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead hand-off and follow-up processes, ensuring a seamless customer experience from online inquiry to in-store visit.
Monitor online inventory listings, ensuring accuracy, up-to-date vehicle information, and compelling descriptions and photos to attract potential buyers.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create engaging email campaigns, promotions, and social media content that drive customer interest.

Requirements
Education and/or Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a BDC, or automotive sales environment.
- 1-2 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of financing options, credit approval processes, and dealership operations.
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and fostering teamwork.
- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles, dealership operations, and financial regulations.
Language Skills
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers effectively.

- Valid Driver's License
Physical Demands
- Sitting for periods while handling contracts, completing paperwork, or working on a computer.
- Standing for extended periods while assisting customers or participating in sales events.
- Occasionally lifting and carrying promotional materials, paperwork, or vehicle accessories, usually under 20-30 pounds.
Work Environment
- Working in a bright, clean, and professional showroom where vehicles are displayed.
- Schedule can vary based on dealership hours and sales events. Schedule often includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak times for car shopping.
- Typical dealership sounds include conversations, phones ringing, and occasional vehicle noise from test drives or nearby service departments.
