- Oversee the Internet Sales Department, ensuring efficient operations and effective management of the Internet Sales team.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the interview team to recruit and retain top-performing sales professionals.
- Respond to a high volume of online leads quickly and professionally to support sales targets.
- Follow up with prospects to build relationships and convert leads into sales.
- Manage vehicle sales and inventory across online platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies.
Qualifications
- A minimum of two years of experience as an Internet Sales Manager in an automotive dealership is required
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and online sales tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- A customer-focused mindset with a drive to exceed expectations
- Proficiency in CDK software
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- You must have or acquire a valid California Vehicle Salesperson License
Compensation
- The estimated annual earnings for this position are $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 after factoring in all forms of compensation including salary, commissions, bonuses, etc.
- Employees in this position will receive a base salary of approximately $6,000.00 per month, plus commissions and bonuses based on performance.
