Job Description
Job Title: Interventional Rad Tech

Job Specialty: Diagnostic

Job Duration: 14 weeks

Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience using angiographic equipment, balloon angioplasty, and stenting

License: A valid license as a radiologic technologist issued by the appropriate state authority

Certifications:
- Interventional Radiography Certification issued by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- ACLS and BLS preferred

Must-Have:
- Proficiency in the English language (speak, read, and write)

Job Description:

- Perform diagnostic procedures using specialized interventional radiology equipment.
- Assist in procedures such as angiography, balloon angioplasty, and stent placement.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
- Maintain and calibrate complex imaging equipment.
- Comply with safety standards and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Provide high-quality patient care before, during, and after procedures.
- Document procedures and patient interactions accurately.
