Inventory Control Specialist I (2) with Security Clearance

Overview Summary: Spathe Systems is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist I (ICS I) for a NAVSPECWARCOM customer that will provide garrison logistics and inventory support to NSWG-8 Special Reconnaissance Team Two (SRT- 2) as part of a four-person team. Responsibilities * Assist the SRT-2 N4 Logistics Officer by utilizing DPAS. * Provide inventory support to SRT-2 Departments as required. * Schedule and Monitor inventory progress for SRT-2 Property Program. * Conduct and post inventories to DPAS. * Inform and communicate issues to all Departmental Property Clerks, Responsible Officers, and Accountable Property Officer. * Establish and maintain the records of the property accountability systems, to include a complete trail of all transactions suitable for audit. * Issue, Receive, and sigs for property and material. Administrative inventory control and accountability, and maintenance of property accountability records, to include a complete trail of all transactions suitable for audit. * Process property for disposal and removal from the DPAS system as required. * Mark and track property received and issued in government approved barcoding system. Qualifications Education * Requires a high school diploma or General Education diploma (GED). Experience * 3 years of experience in military logistics and property/inventory management. SOF logistics experience preferred.
* Able to demonstrate proficiency in Catalog Ordering Logistics Tracking Systems (COLTS) DPAS, MS Excel and other programs within the MS Office Suite.
* If not experienced in DPAS or (COLTS), need experience in Naval Aviation Logistics Command/Management Information System (NALCOMIS). Certifications * DPAS, (COLTS), or Naval Aviation Logistics Command/Management Information System (NALCOMIS) experience. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities * N/A.
