Help Duties * You will monitor and track the successful completion of goals and standards set by higher echelons. * You will ensure NAVFAC PW personnel procuring or receiving material are entering required supplier performance and quality information data into the PDREP Automated Information System. * You will advise on the status of the program and problems that require solutions to higher level officials' involvement. * You will maintain data in an automated inventory system to ensure equipment assets are received, tagged, tracked, inventoried, and disposed in a timely manner. * You will collaborate with equipment specialists, engineers, and cognizant personnel to verify descriptive data and usage information of supply parts. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Processing knowledge of inventory management policies and procedures to maintain material accountability and improve auditability; 2) Using NAVFAC's internal control programs (PDREP, EPIC) and their role in ensuring compliance and efficiency in inventory management; 3) Knowing supply system operations, procedures, and regulations, including how they apply to the FEC and PWD environments; 4) Being proficient evaluating and improving inventory management processes, developing local procedures, and implementing corrective actions; 5) Applying Microsoft Office suite, Maximo, and ERP systems to retrieve, process, and analyze inventory data; and 6) Executing strong leadership and communication skills to develop and present training, coordinate problem resolution, and articulate findings to stakeholders.
