Job Description:

Alantra is seeking to hire an Investment Banking Analyst to help support its Fintech M&A and capital raising advisory business. The Analyst will have the opportunity to work directly with Managing Directors and over time high performers will have long-term opportunities to rotate through our other U.S. and overseas offices, if desired. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct industry research and perform individual company analysis
  • Develop financial analysis and models
  • Support creation of client proposals and presentations
  • Manage data room and coordinate due diligence process
  • Recruit, supervise, and develop Interns
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned


Requirements:

Qualifications / Requirements:
  • 6-12 months of relevant prior experience required
  • Bachelor's degree required; business, economics, finance/accounting majors preferred
  • Knowledge of M&A and capital raising practices is essential
  • Solid finance/accounting knowledge; ability to analyze and value businesses
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Excellent analytical, creative, and strategic thinking skills
  • Team player mentality combined with the ability to work independently
  • Strong organization skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize deliverables
  • Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills; Expert in Excel and PowerPoint
  • FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses are required, or to be obtained within the first six months of employment
