About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Managing Director to join our Investment Banking team. This role is pivotal in orginating, managing, and executing M&A and capital raising transactions across various industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment banking, with a proven track record of successfully originating and executing financing transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the origination and execution of M&A and capital raising transactions.
• Collaborate with bankers to develop financing strategies for clients.
• Analyze industry and market trends to identify potential opportunities.
• Prepare pitch books, offering memoranda, and other marketing materials for client presentations.
• Oversee due diligence processes and coordinate with legal, accounting, and other advisors.
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular communication and meetings.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Stay updated on regulatory requirements and market developments affecting investment banking.
• Ensure that all client needs are consistently met and strive to exceed client expectations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in investment banking or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Strong knowledge of investment banking, capital markets and financing transactions.
• Proven track record of successfully originating and executing M&A and capital raising transactions.
• Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills.
• FINRA Series 7, Series 79, and Series 63 licenses required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self-confident and able to maintain composure in challenging environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
