This position is hybrid and individuals in the role are required to live in Oregon. The starting salary range is $95,000-$123,000 and eligibility for incentives.

The Investment Services Manager oversees the department to meet assigned targets, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations. They build relationships within the organization, with members and external partners, and implement best practices and process improvements. They are responsible for meeting revenue goals and work with leadership to grow the department and align strategic plans with organizational objectives. This position is eligible for commissions based on personal production, with a primary focus on managing the team.

Applicants must have at least five years of experience as a financial planner or stockbroker and three years of experience managing a sales team. Preferred licenses include Series 7, 65/66, state insurance licenses, and Certified Financial Planner certification. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with proven experience driving measurable business outcomes. Alternatively, a combination of relevant education and experience that demonstrates the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities will also be considered.
