Base Salary range: $175,000 to $220,000. In addition, this role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus. Compensation may vary based upon, but not limited to - the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

First Eagle is seeking an Investment Specialist to join the Product team covering public equity strategies. This role represents an opportunity for an experienced product professional to shape and implement the key market positioning and messaging and ensure high quality engagement with clients and prospects.
What you will do:
- Spend significant time in an outward facing role supporting sales, client service and national accounts in making formal presentations to our clients
- Understand and articulate the Global Value Team and Small Cap Value Team investment processes, portfolio strategy and investment theses for individual portfolio holdings across strategies and serve as a credible representative for research professionals in new business and client meetings
- Engage and work closely with the U.S. Wealth Solutions, Global Institutional, International Wealth Solutions, and Retirement Investment Solutions sales teams to provide timely updates on the firm's public equity strategies and relevant market intelligence
- Build solid relationships with the investment team to develop and communicate investment insights and portfolio positioning to internal and external constituents
- Support the team's learning & development initiatives for sales training
- Partner with product management, marketing and distribution teams to develop and maintain accurate and effective positioning of products and contribute to the process of creating channel-specific messaging which resonates well with our clients and prospects
- Provide insights from client and prospect interactions that can assist in the product development of new investment strategies or enhancements to existing offerings
The qualities you should have:
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- MBA and/or industry designations (CFA, CFP, CIMA, CAIA) a plus
- 12+ years of proven product management (or investment related) experience in the asset management industry, with deep knowledge of public equity markets
- Inquisitive mind, curiosity, and passion for financial markets
- Excellent financial analysis and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional client service/relationship building skills and demeanor
- Willingness to travel extensively, including international
- Proficiency with industry tools, such as Morningstar, eVestment, Strategic Insight, FactSet, Lipper, Bloomberg, Preqin, and YCharts preferred
- Collaborative and client-first mindset
- Effective written and verbal communication skills; able to manage interpersonal relationships vertically and horizontally across multiple channels/workflows
- Team player and proactive personality with a positive attitude
