Investran SME (Business Analyst)

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Investran SME (Subject Matter Expert) with strong experience in Financial Services, Alternative Investments, and Private Equity. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions, leveraging their expertise in Investran as a Business Analyst, with some technical proficiency.
Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary SME for Investran within the organization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Provide functional and technical expertise for Investran implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Analyze data workflows, reporting requirements, and operational processes.
• Support testing efforts including test planning, test case development, and UAT.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues related to Investran.
• Provide guidance and training to business users on best practices and efficient use of Investran.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience working as an Investran SME within Financial Services, Alternative Investments, or Private Equity domains.
• Strong background in business analysis with experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Investran platform, including configuration, support, and optimization.
• Understanding of private equity accounting and fund administration processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Some technical experience with data extraction, transformation, and reporting is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.

• Experience working with large financial institutions.
• Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, and data management solutions.
