Job Summary
Work closely with the internal champions at Universal and the IOC on building the sales funnel and marketing and expanding the funnel and actively following up with potential customers. Will target clients in the broader aviation space, including airport operators, cargo operators, business aviation, ground handling, MRO providers, FBOs. Targets will most likely be medium to large companies with limited or almost no experience in outsourcing. Clients will need to be handheld and taken through the entire journey of doing things better, faster and cheaper, with cost savings and better efficiencies through outsourcing, including digital transformation. Sales Lead will need to proactively develop and prime each prospective client over a period and focus on quick wins.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Promote company's outsourcing capabilities through cold calling, lead generation, appointment setting, and client follow up, to generate new business and ensure current opportunities are maximized. Meet with prospective customers to understand their challenges and pain points; develop customer-specific strategies and explain how outsourcing can benefit their organization, with an emphasis on savings calculations. Establish and maintain relationships with a network of decision makers to establish and maintain support. Lead deal-structuring, contract negotiations, and closing; oversee all activities related to retention. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including phone calls and appointments; draft reports, maintain metrics and provide leadership with regular updates on current customers and pipeline. Remain current on industry trends in aviation and outsourcing; regularly assess competitors offering similar services.

Hybrid work from home / typical office; must have ability and willingness to do both or depending on shift demands, including having reliable connectivity to remote office.
Expect 30% domestic travel and about 10% international travel annually.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, International Business, or related field in a customer care environment.
- 10+ years of sales experience specifically in outsourcing and preferably in outsourcing to India; prefer experience in aviation industry a plus.
- Experience in outsourcing trends and best practices with subject matter expert companies.
- Must have ability to develop long term professional relationships to build partnerships.
- Must have experience and be able to communicate activities associated with Information Technology, Finance, and Operations.
- Must have ability to create and execute financial models to drive cost savings.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategies to deliver business profitability objectives.
- Ability to work collaboratively in carrying out duties to ensure integration of departments, goals, and resources.
- Exceptional passion for building and maintaining a superior quality service culture.
- Highly skilled in client management, team leadership, communications, and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communications, organizational and problem-solving skills; able to effectively present information and respond to questions from owners, vendors, and employees.
- Effective in negotiations, marketing strategy development as well as sales and relationship management.
- Highly effective interpersonal skills to manage and efficiently resolve complex client issues, cross culturally.
- Ability to travel to effectively manage client and vendor relationships worldwide.
