Nokia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Professional Services Portfolio Manager to drive the development and management of our IP professional services offerings in the enterprise sector. This role is pivotal in defining, evolving, and enhancing Nokia's service portfolio to meet the unique needs of industries such as energy, transportation, public sector, and large enterprises.

You will be a part of the NI Professional Services PLM team, focusing on IP Portfolio with the ability to expand and manage cross-domain offerings across IP/Optics/FN as needed. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in IP networking, strong business acumen, and experience in professional services-enabling them to craft compelling service offerings that drive growth and customer success.

Responsibilities

You will be a IP Professional Services portfolio owner and your responsibilities will include:
  • Defining portfolio offerings and related roadmap items to ensure competitive differentiation
  • Analyzing market trends, customer requirements and competitive offerings
  • Capturing feedback from key stakeholders and customers, interfacing with various internal business groups
  • Providing technology trend insights and-related value argumentation to support sales activities in the market
  • You will contribute to and establish programs to blueprint solutions, drive innovation and achieve efficiencies in all areas of your portfolio
  • Success in this role includes effective contributions to key financial KPIs (P&L).


Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of work experience in relevant and applicable fields such as: services portfolio management, business development and IP networking technology
  • In-depth understanding of IP Networks and the Nokia IP product portfolio
  • Experience in pricing, monetization models
  • Ability to bridge technical solutions with business strategy to drive customer success
  • An understanding of network architecture, managed services offerings and SaaS models
