ISR Satellite Analyst with Security Clearance

Radiance is seeking a highly qualified and motivated engineer to support the National Space Intelligence Center (NSIC). The individual will create foundational intelligence on all foreign space-based Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) systems, including analyzing and reporting intelligence assessments and analyzing both on orbit systems and their employment utilization. Job Duties * Database support to NSIC by updating and creating new entries in the Space Body of Knowledge (SpaBok) 2.0 and Satellite reconnaissance Advance Notice (SATRAN) databases.
* Provide sourced inputs to Space Employment Report (SpEAR) and formal NSIC reports and briefings. Required Skills and Qualifications * Active TS/SCI clearance
* Bachelor's Degree in STEM field (Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or another relevant technical field)
* Knowledgeable of all new and emerging ISR systems technologies and applications
* Effective interpersonal skills including the ability to collaborate successfully with other internal and external stakeholders
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to succinctly describe complex technical scenarios in simple, easily understood terms
* Strong analytic, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills Desired Skills and Qualifications * Engineering and signals analysis expertise
* Familiarity with Highpoint, Savant Docs, JADE/Space Body of Knowledge (SpaBoK) 2.0
* Experience supporting US Government Science & Technology Intelligence Centers EOE/Minorities/Females/Vet/Disabled
