The Fashion Group provides support functions to 5 brands present in the US - Celine, Givenchy, Loewe, Kenzo and Emilio Pucci. These 5 brands represent approx. 750 employees, 80 retail location, as well as an important volume of wholesales and a growing Ecom business. PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: The Logistics & Supply Analyst is tasked with overseeing and optimizing the integration points within the supply chain and logistics technology landscape. This includes facilitating continuous improvements and addressing daily L2/L3 support requests. The Logistics & Supply applications span across the ERP systems of each Fashion Group Maison, Warehouse Management Systems, and their associated integrated platforms.

Support
Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related supply chain and logistics issues, offering L2 and L3 support for both local and global business applications inquiries.
Resolve support tickets pertaining to Business Logistics & Supply Chain applications.
Analyze and provide timely solutions and escalations for business blocker tickets/requests.
Collaborate with business teams to implement fixes, improvements, and deployments for BO Applications.
Identify improvement opportunities, quantify commonly recurring issues through ticket incidents and address root causes.
Provide regular reports on issue status and resolution progress.
Establish clear documentation processes for all support activities, including issue identification, resolution steps, and post- resolution documentation.
Contribute to the IS&T knowledge base by building and maintaining application maps, specifications, and retro documentation.

Back Office Logistics Applications Projects Support
Provide support on projects led by the IS&T Logistics & Supply Project Manager.
Help define test scenarios and support end users for UATs
Effectively communicate project and initiative statuses with all impacted parties.
Provide regular management reports on the status of operations/projects under supervision
Ensure adherence to LVMH standards within FG Maisons.
Maintain and enhance ITSM knowledge base within the Logistics & Supply chain scope

Solutions owner and enabler
Act as a "Super-User" for local business solutions, particularly for HQ business teams.
Involve in the design, architecture, and configuration of business applications.
Specify system requirements (business & technical) to assess feasibility and risks, considering time and budget constraints.
Acquire comprehensive knowledge of integration points within the supply chain and logistics frameworks of all Maisons, pinpointing areas for standardization and streamlining.

Profil

PRINCIPAL SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION
Outstanding Collaboration and Teamwork: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills coupled with a strong ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated proficiency in analytical thinking and problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail.
Previous experience and relevant qualifications in IS&T Logistics, including hands-on work with warehouse management systems from both IT and Business perspectives.
Track record of effective management and organizational prowess.
Strong adaptability and capacity to thrive in fast-paced environments, navigating through challenges with ease.
Comprehensive comprehension of organizational data flow and its pivotal role in management decision-making processes.
A flexible, intuitive, and proactive approach to problem-solving, capable of tackling ambiguity head-on.
Proficiency in spoken French is highly desirable and considered a valuable asset.

Business software: WMS, POS CEGID Y2, EDIWIN, JDE, SAP, Jira, ServiceNow, Atlassian Suite, PowerBI...

The compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 - $100,000. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate's relevant skills and experience. In addition, there is a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks, and a retirement plan with employer contribution.
