We're looking for a strategic, hands-on IT & Systems Administration Manager to lead the development, integration, and optimization of technology systems across our fast-paced, custom manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do
  • Oversee secure, scalable infrastructure including server, network, and cybersecurity protocols
  • Develop and execute a forward-thinking IT strategy that aligns with business goals
  • Lead and optimize our ERP system, including integration with software such as AutoCAD & Inventor
  • Manage disaster recovery planning, backup systems, and business continuity
  • Evaluate and implement software tools to streamline operations (e.g., Bluebeam, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
  • Direct daily operations of IT staff, including hiring, training, and mentoring
  • Provide cross-functional support to all departments within the Company
  • Maintain IT documentation, process standards, and governance policies
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts and compliance initiatives
  • Champion a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive IT experience, with 5+ years in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Expertise in IT security management, Microsoft Office, phone systems, ERP systems (M2M preferred), server/network infrastructure, and software integration
  • Strong leadership experience managing IT teams and platforms
  • Proven success implementing and optimizing digital systems and technology solutions
  • Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CISSP are strong assets
