Job Description:

Data Services team provides critical enabling technology solutions to support their mission to redefine health care management through improved quality and efficient delivery of care.
As a Data Analyst, you will help ensure the integrity of their data is being maintained, while serving as part of fast-paced multifunctional Agile team working to continuously refine and expand an innovative software product portfolio that offers a broad range of management services to health care providers.
The Data Analyst will be fluent in documenting, understanding and working with data from various CDOs, using SSIS for ETL, warehousing concepts, as well as using SSIS to import data into their data warehouse system.
This entails using SSMS to access data, write stored procedures, and investigate data issues.

Responsibilities:

Write complex SQL queries to extract needed information.
Able to write Technical Specification documents, Data Dictionaries and Data Transformation Workflows and proofs of concept
Understand Healthcare business rules, logics, and processes as related to data.
Snowflake experience in Azure.
Experience working with Kafka.
Data Warehouse modeling and tuning
Experience working with the DBAs and Business, including the ability to dig into issues and find the root cause of data integrity issues and resolve them.
Understand SSIS and T-SQL from an analyst perspective, able to work with developers to ensure quality development.
Be an active participant in implementing process improvements to create lean practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree- Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related degree.
5+years of experience with SSIS, SSMS, SSRS.
3+years of experience with T-SQL.
3+ years of experience with SnowFlake and Azure.
2+ years of experience working with Kafka.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Experience with Azure DevOps is a nice to have.
Possess a strong technical and analytical acumen as it pertains to data and data warehousing concepts.
Must be fluent in understanding and working with data warehousing concepts.
Must be highly detailed, organized and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
