100% Remote
Core hours: 10-4 EST - will be coordinating with people globally
Interviews: 2 rounds; MS Teams with Video. 2nd round = panell
2 positions available
Project: Establish software capitalization process and tools for the HIS division at Solventum. Product management, product development, finance/accounting focus areas.
Requirements:
Organizing and leading project team(s) from program inception to delivery, following an outcomes-based, agile-focused approach. This is a value-add role, collaborating with product owner(s,) software development teams, technical teams, and senior leadership across the business to define project objectives
Defining success criteria and data-based metrics to validate program return on investment (ROI)
Defining and managing project schedules, milestone-based plans and progress updates for stakeholders and senior management
Assessing project progress, and as necessary, lead collaborative efforts to adjust scope, timelines and cost to meet project objectives - effectively escalating issues when necessary
Providing program status communications - detail-level for teams / stakeholders and executive-level for senior leadership
Ensuring risk management plans are in place and leading needed risk mitigation efforts
Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with peers, stakeholders, senior leaders across business units / functional group
Skills / Tools:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or high school diploma with equivalent work experience
3-5 years project / program management experience
Experience with Excel, JIRA, MS Project, data visualization tools / ability to present data to generate "call to action"
Experience in leveraging Agile methodologies and best practices
Previous success in meeting program objectives
Solid written, verbal communication and presentation skills
Conflict management skills
