We are seeking a proven IT Analyst to code our state-of-the-art
Talent Management Software Suite inthe mid market.
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to successfully code
enterprise software solutions to companies with revenues between $100K to 1 billion.
Job Description
Responsible for the progressive assembling of system components into a whole system. Guides customers through a defined integration process resulting in a finalized system. Assist Project Managers with the project management process and with coordinating and maintaining group project schedules within the overall master scheduler. Provide support to projects in understanding and negotiating requirements from multiple and diverse stakeholders. Collects, documents, and diagrams business system architectures and data flows. Track and provide status on requirements gathered. Provide business process re-engineering guidance and document new workflows and procedures.
ResponsibilitiesHave expanded contact with responsibility to varied and multiple departments, mostly International, and functional operations, and actively participate in strategic business relationships
Serve as a key team member which may include being on multiple teams and/or team lead
Participate in the review and formation of processes
May plan work and schedules for others for project related work
Serve as a consultant or expert and actively share knowledge across workgroups
Apply information analyses to optimize the integration of major strategic business processes
Design and implement complex changes impacting several processes with minimal direction
Primarily perform as an individual contributor, but may supervise a small work team
