Description:
The HR Technology Manager, in partnership with the Human Resources team, will provide strategic leadership and tactical management of the company's HRIS and other HR-related technology. They will be responsible to lead configuration, administration, customization, testing, and updates. This role is responsible for leveraging HR application functionality, ensuring best practice business process/workflows, application dependencies, integrations, reporting and analytics.

- Team Leadership and Development
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of HR technology specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Set team goals and priorities in alignment with organizational and departmental objectives.
- Foster a culture of inclusiveness and innovation while ensuring HR technology aligns with the organization's values and strategic priorities.
- System Administration and Support
- Oversee day-to-day operations of HR systems, including maintenance, troubleshooting, updates, and ensuring data integrity and system security.
- Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to provide actionable insights for HR and leadership, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements, make configuration changes, and customize applications to align with business needs.
- Lead change management efforts, including creating communication strategies and supporting end-user adoption of new HR technology solutions.
- Maintain confidentiality of HRIS data while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Proactively monitor system performance, address potential issues, and recommend system enhancements.
- Strategic Partnership and Collaboration
- Partner with Corporate IT, HR, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless system integrations and efficient workflows.
- Establish a strong partnership with HR leadership to align on the delivery and support of HR technology products.
- Monitor HR technology trends and assess their impact on the company's technology roadmap.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for HR system-related concerns.
- Project Management and Implementation
- Lead and execute HR technology projects, such as system upgrades, implementations, and enhancements, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery.
- Develop project plans, manage timelines, and oversee deliverables from planning to post-deployment support.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide end-user training to ensure successful adoption.
- Continuous Improvement and Innovation
- Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, automate processes, and improve user experience across HR technology systems.
- Stay updated on industry advancements to recommend and implement tools that enhance system capabilities and align with business objectives.
- Ensure HR technology solutions enhance employee experience by streamlining processes, improving self-service options, and fostering engagement.
- Design and implement scalable HR technology solutions that support organizational growth and evolving business requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR technology, including system administration and support of platforms such as UKG, Jobvite, or Cornerstone, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, data management, and reporting requirements, with experience in data governance, security, and compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic database management, with a working knowledge of integration technologies like SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Power Automate, Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), or Dell Boomi (preferred).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex problems, develop innovative solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proven project management skills, including experience leading cross-functional teams and familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience (preferred).
- Strong commitment to confidentiality and maintaining sensitive employee information.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and work independently or as part of a team
