The Opportunity
The IT Business Analyst will play a vital role in enhancing our End User Computing (EUC) environment, which includes managing Windows, Mac, mobile devices, desktop and application virtualization platforms, as well as new user onboarding, software and access services, and device experience monitoring. This role is crucial in driving the modernization, deployment, and operation of our EUC platforms and services. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical and detail-oriented, with strong prioritization abilities, excellent collaboration skills, and high resilience.
The Team
The End User Computing team is comprised of computing consultants, business analysts, and project managers, working collaboratively to deliver an exceptional digital experience to our end users. We value accountability, agility, inclusion, and resilience, which drive our success in a customer-focused environment. EUC team members partner closely with Enterprise Architecture, Security Engineering, and other End User Technology and Enterprise Infrastructure teams. Salary Range:
$113,100.00-$148,400.00

The Impact:
As an IT Business analyst for End User Computing, your key responsibilities will include:
- Be the point person for major upgrades and enhancements across end user computing function.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to determine business needs and translate them into technical specifications for the engineering team.
- Support the project manager in building comprehensive business cases to support new initiatives and projects within the end user computing space.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Ensure projects deliver communications and change management as needed to support adoption
- Analyze data to aid project scoping, system performance maintenance, and user device experience optimization
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirements, process flows, and user guides
- Ensure compliance with performance, security, and industry standards and best practices.
- Oversee contract renewals, perform monthly budget reconciliation, and conduct variance analysis to ensure financial accuracy and provide actionable insights
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging voice of customer feedback and implementing changes to enhance the end user experience
The Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field
- 8+ years of experience in Information Technology
- 8+ years of Business Analysis experience or equivalent
- 2+ years experience of demonstrated expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement.
The Ideal Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of end user computing environments, including Windows, Mac, mobile, and VDI and app virtualization (e.g., Horizon Apps, Citrix), as well as end user software distribution
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Strong empathy for end users, with a focus on understanding and addressing their needs and challenges
- Experience with Lean or Six Sigma
- Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework, Scrum-of-Scrums, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, hard-working and operates with a sense of urgency and a strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and efficiencies through innovation and collaboration with colleagues and service providers
