Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders across business functions to align technology solutions with strategic objectives.
• Elicit and analyze requirements from business units and facilitate communication with programmers and developers.
• Conduct cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to inform system implementation decisions.
• Apply deep understanding of business functions to address challenges and identify areas for improvement.
• Support complex business processes and contribute as a member of project teams.
• Act as a liaison between business and IT to deliver technical solutions that meet user needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with programming languages to interpret code and basic functions.
• Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong project management abilities to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines.
• Problem-solving aptitude and ability to comprehend complex technical details.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at various technical levels.
• Analytical mindset with a knack for innovative solutions.

• Prior experience in IT/systems is advantageous.
