Program Overview/ Description
The ideal candidate would have experience with data integrations (API, application integration, ETL, Pub/Sub, etc.) with business experience and the ability to communicate these topics with a wide range of non-technical and technical teams.
The Dealer Data Services Integration Lead reports to the Retail Systems and Data Integrations Manager and is responsible for establishing testing standards for all Sales Solutions
systems/applications. The Integration Lead will help manage testing schedules and timelines and
provide Sales Solutions Operations Support. In addition, the Integration Lead will assist with
enhancement prioritization, training & communication development, solution documentation and
provide alignment with global users.
This position will interact with other Business Process Solution Teams, the Global Connect Team, Sales & Order Management, Dealers, IT, Global Teams and other Suppliers/Vendors.
Responsibilities
Development and implementation of UAT test cases, standards, and reporting
Production support centered around dealer and vehicle data systems
Manage change request requirements and project tracking
Integration support for 3rd party vendors
Operational & Project Support
Fast paced and highly variable
Problem solving, technical (SOAP UI, Microsoft, multi-system)
Involvement in enhancement release meetings/materials
Help define, facilitate and support Integration testing
Incorporate dealer feedback into planning efforts
Work with other Dealer Business Solutions & IT Managers and supporting teams to coordinate the business activities and projects
Help oversee and participate in testing for various data services being created as part of the DVMP process (Dealer Vendor Management Program) and other systems within Dealer Sales Solutions
Work with IT project teams during development of data services to ensure business needs are met with delivered solutions
Participate in business validation of IT deployments
Qualifications
Required Experience:
Extensive knowledge and previous experience working with vehicle and dealer data, dealer systems and associated business processes, 5+ years
Experience in working with automotive OEM, 5+ years. Dealership sales/ordering experience a plus
bility to ramp-up quickly on new work assignments
Web-service experience
High level of analytical ability where problems are unusual and difficult
Demonstrated technical and professional skills in job-related area required
team-oriented mentality with the ability to build relationships
bility to recognize and value the importance of sharing ideas, results and best practices
The ability to multi-task across a wide range of activities while remaining calm and efficient\
Extensive knowledge of testing requirements and methodology, project management, and other IT related processes
Proficient in querying relational database and understanding database structures. Oracle (relationship) and SOLR (NoSQL) experience a plus.
